Asch will give an indepth lecture on Benjamin Franklin's life in Philadelphia, and the lasting impact of his legacy. This lecture is a great "first course" for people attending our Colonial Cooking lecture on Nov. 8th, which will focus heavily on the ways Franklin impacted food culture in Philadelphia and the early US.
